Nisreen holds a degree in Business Administration from Bethlehem University in Palestine and a Higher Diploma in Cultural Project Management from the Marcel Hicter Foundation in Brussels. She has also completed cultural management training in Germany and was a fellow of the International Visitor Leadership Program in the USA. These experiences have helped her build expertise in cultural administration and exchange. With a strong academic foundation and specialized training, she combines strategic management skills with her deep engagement in the cultural sector. With over 20 years of experience in the cultural sector, Nisreen has been a dynamic force in Palestine's cultural scene, working, volunteering, and serving as a board member for several cultural institutions, initiatives, and festivals. She has also contributed as a jury member for various cultural grants and awards led by Palestinian and Arab institutions. Since 2005, Nisreen has played a key role at the A. M. Qattan Foundation in Ramallah, where she serves as the Senior Manager of the Grants and Capacities Support Unit within the Culture and Education Programme. In this role, she has managed large-scale projects and events, as well as funding programs, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution.
